A two-day training program focusing on entrepreneurship and poultry production and management was conducted for young female beneficiaries from Tabia Mesanu, Woreda Tsirae Womberta-Tigray. This initiative, under the project entitled “For Youth Female Aspiration Through Poultry Income,” was funded by EGOAIZIA.

The primary goal of this training was to enhance the entrepreneurial skills and improve the poultry production knowledge of the young female participants. By building their confidence and capacity, the program aimed to empower these young women to generate income through poultry farming. This training is expected to create a significant impact by equipping young women with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully manage poultry businesses, thereby fostering economic independence and community development.
