As part of a regular monitoring mission, a two-day supportive monitoring visit took place from June 22-23, 2024, in the Kilte-Awlaelo Woreda, Tabia Genefle, and Wukro Woredas. During the visit, more than 90% of beneficiaries were assessed by Mr. Birhan, the Project Officer, and Hagai, the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at 4YBIN-ET.
According to the data, the number of chickens each beneficiary has ranges from 5 to 25, with over 60% of beneficiaries keeping more than 20 chickens. In the past few weeks, the majority of these chickens have started laying eggs, allowing women to generate some income. Additionally, they are also able to provide better nutrition for their children. The team is more than happy to see women benefiting from the support. The team have also got a chance to observe the ongoing 9th round coffee Ceremony/
