Wheat grows with organic fertilizer

Last weekend the 4YBIN team visited the farmers that are participating in our 4YFAPE – For Youth Farmer Aspiration Program through Entrepreneurship program. The mission included a visit to farms and discussions with local experts. It was observed that most of the wheat sown is in the transition from the vegetative growth stage to the flowering stage, with promising yield potential, provided adequate weed and pest control measures are implemented.. Project participants, under the guidance of designated group leaders, have begun preparations for the upcoming harvest season. Some beneficiaries have already constructed surface and underground compost pits suitable for summer composting. These pits will help produce the organic material needed for the upcoming planting season.
