ObjectivesThe project aims to empower women and youth by providing them with training in domestic work and hospitality skills. This training will enable them to secure jobs or start their own businesses. The specific objectives include increasing income opportunities for trainees, supplying skilled workers to the hospitality industry, creating jobs, fostering professionalism, and expanding access to training. The target audience for the training program is individuals seeking employment or skill enhancement. The training will consist of both theoretical and practical components, covering essential skills and hands-on experience. By achieving these objectives, the project aims to contribute to the economic and social development of the community.
We will train 780 young people annually of which 90% (based on past experiences) will find employment within one year after finalizing the training.
