For international organizations that have identified a program to implement in the area, 4YBIN provides the local capacity needed for the program and when appropriate, to allocate international experts. Local workers are adjusted to the circumstances and local project management, that speak the local language, can be intermediate with the project initiator. It is in the interest of 4YBIN to create employment for youth and women.

ObjectiveThe general objective of the action is to contribute to socio-economic restoration and empowerment of affected population at risk, with particular focus on Host communities, IDPs, Refugees, and Returnees including young and unemployed youth, women and people with disabilities in the project area of Tigray, North Ethiopia.
The specific objective of this intervention is improving the food security and livelihoods of the target population who are at risk by creating enabling environment to get engaged in income generating activities and livelihood restoration.

ObjectiveTo develop the mental health and psycho-social knowledge and skills war survivors of violence and abuses among crisis affected communities in the project areas (at least 50 % women) 
To improve the living conditions of war survivor conflict   affected communities through provision of shelter rehabilitation NFIs.
To stimulate the productive fabric of women survivors of sexual violence and abuses as sustainable alternatives for dignified life (50%) 
To collect testimony and information for advocacy and awareness rising in Ethiopia and Basque Country
 
The partner organizations will ensure application of the “do-no-harm” principles in service delivery and shall provide beneficiaries with inclusive, equal, safe and accountable access to information on the foreseen activities
