Training on the principles, methodologies, and strategic management crucial for effective humanitarian interventions

As part of our Project for Rehabilitation of the psychosocial well-being and productive fabric of war survivors including sexual and violence and abuses among conflict and crisis affected communities of Easter Zone of Tigray Region Ethiopia, a three-day training took place, conducted from February 18th to 20th, on the principles, methodologies, and strategic management crucial for effective humanitarian interventions. The training was specifically tailored for staff members hailing from 4YBIN and HOP, and it took place at the Mekelle Zemarias Hotel. Mr. Fernando Almansa, an independent consultant from Spain, facilitated the sessions, bringing his expertise to enrich the learning experience.

This training initiative forms a pivotal part of broader endeavors aimed at bolstering the capacities of local partners involved in initiatives geared towards the rehabilitation of psycho-social and economic well-being among survivors of conflict within communities in Eastern Tigray, Ethiopia. Notably, these efforts are being supported by funding from AVCD, underscoring a collaborative approach toward addressing the multifaceted challenges faced by conflict-affected populations.
